A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Punta Gorda, Florida, as fiscal host agency for the Coastal & Heartland National Estuary Partnership, approving a grant agreement with the Mosaic Company for the Warm Mineral Springs Run Habitat Restoration Project; authorizing the City Manager to sign the grant agreement and administer the funding on behalf of the City; and providing an effective date.

The Coastal and Heartland National Estuary Partnership (CHNEP), hosted by the City of Punta Gorda, has been awarded grant funding from Mosaic Company to assist with implementing the Warm Mineral Springs Run Habitat Restoration Project.  Mosaic Company wishes to enter into a Grant Agreement to facilitate transfer of the funds to the CHNEP. This project and the funding from Mosaic Company assist in implementing the CHNEP Work Plan and Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan.
