A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Punta Gorda, Florida, as local host agency for the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (CHNEP), accepting grant funding from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) for Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program non-federal funding for the federal fiscal year 2019 annual workplan; authorizing the City Manager to sign the grant agreement and administer the grant on behalf of the City; appropriating grant award; and providing an effective date.
